Simple, honest and with fresh products from here - that is our philosophy. On board you will be pampered with passion by the Lake Lucerne gastronomy. The dishes on the menu are freshly and seasonally prepared from regional products.

 

So the meat always comes from Switzerland: the lambs grow up on the Göschener Alp and the turkeys are reared by the Muheim family in Greppen. Our fish and seafood are MSC / ASC certified. But all other products are also grown and bred in Central Switzerland whenever possible; from partners who are carefully selected and share Tavolagos high quality standards. And who, together with Tavolago, create their own products that are innovative and convince our guests. The Urbräu, the beer of the Lake Lucerne shipping company, is brewed in Einsiedeln especially for Tavolago or the Tavola Rosso, our house wine, is assembled by the winemaker Vito Ballarati and the Tavolago wine team. Since spring 2016, together with six colonies of bees, we have been creating our yard honey.
